Training and Development Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and innovative Training and Development Specialist to join our HR team.   • Facilitate training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring content is delivered effectively and engages participants.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback to continuously improve programs.
  • Partner with external vendors as needed to supplement internal training initiatives.
  • Support onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with company culture.
  • Maintain and update training records and documentation to ensure compliance and transparency.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Training Specialist, Training Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and learning methodologies.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
