  • Analyze benefits data and trends to make recommendations for plan design improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Educate employees on available benefits options, retirement planning, and wellness initiatives through workshops, presentations, and communication materials.
  • Maintain accurate records in HRIS and benefits administration systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Benefits Specialist, Benefits Administrator, or similar role.
  • Thorough understanding of employee benefits regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and benefits administration software (e.g., ADP, BambooHR, Workday).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work effectively under deadlines.
